事代主神(えびす様)
Kotoshironushi no Kami is a deity from Japanese mythology, known as the son of Okuninushi, who plays a role in the myth of the transfer of the land to the heavenly deities as recorded in the Kojiki and Nihon Shoki. He is widely identified with or conflated with Ebisu, a deity associated with the sea, fishing, and maritime fortune, and by extension with commerce and prosperity. Shrines dedicated to Kotoshironushi/Ebisu are found particularly in coastal and merchant regions of Japan, reflecting his continued veneration among fishing communities and traders.
