天之御中主神(妙見)
Ame no Minakanushi no Kami is regarded in the Kojiki as the first deity to emerge at the beginning of creation, appearing in the heavenly realm before the formation of heaven and earth. Classified among the Kotoamatsukami, this deity is often described as a primordial, central figure symbolizing the origin point of the cosmos rather than one with a detailed mythological narrative. In later Shinto and folk traditions, this deity has come to be venerated at certain shrines in connection with safety and protection, as well as travel and transport, though such associations developed historically rather than through explicit ancient scripture.
